Membership candidates (full members) must meet the following qualifications:

1- To be a real or legal person who is the author of cinema works as defined in Article 5 of Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and within the scope of Article 8 of the same law: Director, Scriptwriter, Dialogue Writer, Original Music Composer, or Animator.

2- Directors, Scriptwriters, Dialogue Writers, Original Music Composers, and Animators whose names appear in the credits of a publicly released work may become full members of the Union.

Documents Required for Membership:

• Copy of civil registry (can be obtained via e-government)
• Address document (can be obtained via e-government)
• 2 photographs
• Photocopy of ID
• Completed, signed, and dated membership application form (can be downloaded as PDF from the link)
• Entrance Fee and Annual Dues
• One-Time Membership Entrance Fee: 500 TL
• Annual Membership Fee: 360 TL
